Description

Yoyo Games is a fictive game selling website meant to demonstrate my skills in React. The idea is that the website should sell some games and some consoles.

Definition of done

• The user lands on an homepage that showcases the bestsellers in games and consoles

  • The homepage also shows user reviews about the website
  • It has a footer (TBD)

• The user can browse through games with theme based pages that contains games

  • Best sellers
  • Action games
  • Multiplayer games
  • Kids games

• The website has a console page that showcases the different consoles sold by the website

• The website has a search page that allows the user to search games or consoles with filters

  • Type of game filter
  • Console filter
  • Game / Console filter
  • Price filter
  • Maybe more or less to come ?

• The website has About us page that provides infos about the website and about this project

• The user can add any item to his cart and can check his cart by clicking on the cart button on the header

• (Maybe) The user can check his cart by hovering something or the cart button ?

• When the user clicks on the cart he should be able to see all his items and there should be a button to validate your order, this button should lead to a page that explains that it’s the end of the demo.

• When the user clicks on an item page he is led to a page to see details about the item he clicked

• The website’s pages should contain meta tags that describes the items

• Games and consoles I wanna add :

  • Xbox best sellers + games
  • Stadia (joke)
  • Steam deck
  • Smaller consoles like pico thing
  • A few retro consoles but no games ? (n64, gba, psp, ds ?)
